I did not live in one of the halls, but I was blessed to receive the scholarship when I transferred to KU. It made attending KU possible. I was a student at KU from August 2012 to December 2014.
After graduating from KU, I completed my Master of Science in Academic Advising at K-State in May 2016. I am currently enrolled at K-State in the Doctor of Education in Adult Learning and Leadership program. My emphasis is in Community College Leadership and research interests include rural, first-generation student college aspirations.
I am currently working at Wichita State University in the Office of Adult Learning. Before I started at WSU in 2018, I worked at WSU Tech as an academic advisor.
