Watkins Hall

I wanted to be Superwoman. BUT, hormones and marriage got in the way. Instead, I went to live in a sleepy, little college town; raised two children; and worked as a librarian. BUT, I secretly wore my Superwoman suit under my business casual librarian clothes, so that I could...at a moment's notice, rip off my glasses, tear off my blouse and fly to someone's aid, as Superwoman.

I loved living in Watkins. The girls there were genuinely crazy. I especially remember one desert someone made. It was a banana upended in a parfeit glass with two scoops of chocolate ice cream, strategically places and sprinkled with coconut. There was a cherry on top, of course.
